This is the home of the Barflies. The Barflies are an interesting sort. You will know a barfly by their predilection for hanging out in smoke-filled drinking establishments that cater to live rock music: the places where you wipe the seat off before you sit down at the bar, you avoid the bathroom unless absolutely necessary, where pool is played on a table so warped you can hardly get the cue ball to sit still long enough to make a break, and where rock and roll is served up at ear-splitting levels.

The Barflies is the official Loft Street Team which we desperately need to build. We already have some members and a street team manager ready to help coordinate it all, but what we need now is more members! We need people in different areas working to get the word out about us, ask their college radio stations to play us, get on local message boards and mention our band to anyone who might like our music, and help us hang flyers around towns. Once you become a barfly, you should email Nathan Johnson ( ) at any point you've done something to help promote The Loft and you will be rewarded in some way! Barflies will get free music, t-shirts (hopefully in the near future at least), free admission to shows, and much more.

We are going to be having a contest here at first. Anyone who recruits a barfly will be sent a copy of a live loft show of their choosing along with some stickers and whatnot. This will be mailed the first time the new recruit reports some street - team activity to nathan.
